Yesterday I had held a small entrance on the subject Web 2.0 tools before seven colleagues.
I have introduced:

RSS-Feeds and RSS reader and a little personalised homepages
Oneview
Wikis (ZUM-Wiki, Wiki BBS Winsen, Wikispaces)
Zotero (unfortunately, I have not created any more)
